• A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
• The given rates are not applicable from 6th Feb to 9th Feb which are the dates of their Sacred River Festival.
• A 4-night minimum stay is required during the Sacred River Festival (16-19 February).

Cancellation Policy

• If notice of cancellation is received in writing 8 weeks prior to a guest’s arrival, 100% of the deposit and any pre-
  paid monies will be refunded in full.
• If notice of cancellation is received in writing within and up to 44 days prior to a guest’s arrival, 100% of the pre- paid deposit will be forfeit. The balance payment will be refunded / waived.
• If notice of cancellation is received in writing between 30 and 43 days prior to a guest’s arrival, 100% of the pre- paid deposit will be forfeit. 50% of the full cost of the guest’s stay will be forfeit / payable and 50% will be refunded / waived.
• If notice of cancellation is received in writing between 10 and 29 days prior to a guest’s arrival, 100% of the pre- paid deposit will be forfeit. 75% of the full cost of the guest’s stay will be forfeit / payable and 25% will be refunded / waived.
• If notice of cancellation is received in writing between 1 and 9 days prior to a guest’s arrival, 100% of the pre-paid deposit and the full cost of the guest’s stay will be forfeit / payable. No refund will be due.
• Should a change in date be necessary, this is possible depending upon occupancy. No charge for change of date, within the same season. Otherwise, this is treated as a cancellation.

Children & Extra Bed

• Children up to 5 years full complimentary if sharing their parent’s room.
• No extra bed will be provided.
• Children under 18 years, if sharing their parents’ room, Rs 3500 per child per night. Extra bed on request.
• Children under 18 years, if in a separate room from their parents would be charged 25% less from their Parents room as per the room category.
