The rates mentioned are applicable for a minimum 3 night stay. 

Rate Inclusion

• Arrival and departure transfers by an AC Innova
• Accommodation in luxury suite tents & presidential suite tent as applicable.
• All meals, tea/coffee and soft beverages
• Guided excursions as specified in the tour programmes

Cancellation Policy

• No retention charges if cancelled more than 60 days prior to date of arrival at the camp.
• One night retention if cancelled between 46 - 60 days prior to date of arrival at the camp.
• 100% forfeited if cancelled less than 45 days prior to date of arrival at the camp.

Amendment Policy

• Amended 46 or more days prior to date of arrival at the camp – No amendment charges.
• Between 45 to 31 days prior to the date of arrival at the camp - 10% of the total invoiced amount.
• Between 30 to 11 days prior to the date of arrival at the camp - 15% of the total invoiced amount.
• Between 10 to 0 days prior to the date of arrival at the camp - 100% Non Amendable.

Children & Extra Bed

• Child (0 – 5 years) – No charges and the child shall share the same bed as parents.
• Child (0 – 5 years) - Should a child under this age group require an extra bed, a supplementary charge of INR 4,499 /- per night shall apply and he/she shall be accommodated in the same tent as his/her parents.
• Child (6 – 11 years) – Should a child under this age group require an extra bed, a supplementary charge of INR 8,499 /- per night shall apply and he/she shall be accommodated in the same tent as his/her parents.
• Child (6 – 11 years) – Should a child under this age group does not require an extra bed, a supplementary charge of INR 3,999 /- per night shall apply and he/she shall be accommodated in the same tent as his/her parents.
