Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel the confirmed reservation, more than 30 days preceding your check-in date, full advance payment will be refunded.
• If a booking is cancelled between 30th and 16th days of check-in date, there will be 1 (one) night retention charges. Balance will be refunded.
• If you cancel the confirmed reservation 15 days preceding your check-in date or No Show on the date of your check-in, 100% advance paid will be charged as cancellation fees and no refund will be given.

Children & Extra Bed

• One child under 6 years of age stays Free provided the bed is shared with the parents and no extra rollaway bed is requested. Rollaway bed for the child will be chargeable at Rs 1500 per night.
• 2nd child under 6 years old will be chargeable at Rs 1500 per night which will include one single rollaway bed in the room.
• Any child between 6 years and 12 years old is chargeable at the additional per night rate of Rs 2000. Extra charges includes breakfast and extra standard single rollaway bed.
• Any child above 12 years old or 3rd adult in room is chargeable at the additional per night rate of Rs 3000. Extra charges include breakfast and extra standard single rollaway bed.
• The maximum number of extra beds or cots permitted in a bedroom is one
• Extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the resort management.
• Maximum occupancy in any room is 2 Adults plus 2 children under 12 years of age or 3 adults.
