Shivadya is a handcrafted 15 room boutique resort in Himalayas, located at Village Karjan near Manali, Himachal. The resort offers splendid views of the mountains, valley, forest, village, apple orchards and rice fields. The construction, concept & style is truly Himalayan and local in nature. Use of many eco-friendly concepts and ideas form the basis of entire style and the inspiration for the entire concept comes from Himalayan Villages around Himachal, Wooden Temples, Colonial Buildings (the biggest among them being Vice Regal Lodge, Shimla) and old Royal Bungalows around Himachal. The name of rooms at ShivAdya is a tribute to the beautiful state of Himachal. 90% of areas are without any paint work and the entire property is presented with stone, mud & wood. ShivAdya has 15 double rooms in 3 different categories. Of all rooms 11 rooms have private individual balconies and these rooms are in Elite & Royal category. There are 4 Luxury rooms, two of these have garden sit out and 2 have a sun deck. 13 rooms have king size double beds and 2 of rooms (luxury) have queen size beds. Extra beds (roll down mattress) can be placed in Elite & Royal rooms only.
These four rooms are located in a cottage with apple orchard sit out and a sun deck with traditional wooden ceilings providing wide valley, hard wood flooring & mountain views and 260 sq ft of room area. Two of the rooms are on ground floor and other two on first floor.
