Experience Pepper Trail, an intimate escape at once private and unmatched in luxury.Pepper Trail is situated in Mangalam Carp Estate, a spice and coffee plantation deep in the Western Ghats in Kerala. Mangalam Carp Estate was founded in the 1800s by Colin Auley Mackenzie, one of the pioneer planters of the period. He planted coffee, tea & spices in over 200 acres of the estate. In 1932, the estate was bought by P. Balram Kurup, a pioneer in the cultivation of rare spice and aromatic plants.
