About the property:

Houseboats are designed in such a way that not only couples can stay comfortably with complete privacy but big families can enjoy booking the full houseboat. Each houseboat consists of three rooms with attached bathroom, a common balcony, drawing room, dining hall and kitchen. All the rooms of the Houseboat have hand-crafted ceilings along with hand-crafted cedar paneled walls. The floors and corridor of the Houseboat are thickly covered with traditional and colorful Kashmir carpets. Amenities in the Houseboat includes, LCD TVs, running hot water, fully equipped kitchen, heating equipments, electric blankets, premium toiletries and an attender to take care of each staff. If you are looking for a true Kashmiri Hospitality in the peaceful Dal lake in lap of Himalayas, this is the place you should opt for. Cancellation of booking done more than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 90 % amount would be refunded to the customer.
Cancellation of booking done more than 7 days and less than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 50 % amount would be refunded to the customer.
Cancellation of booking done in less than or equal to 7 days prior to check-in date; no refund would be given to the customer.
