About the property:

Set besides some of the most beautiful cedar, pine and oak trees with mountains, valleys, stars and clouds providing the perfect backdrop. The Kafal House offers a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 are valley facing and 2 have garden views, all with large windows, comfortable interiors and attached bathrooms. Each room consists of cosy twin beds, out of which four are on the first floor and two are on the ground floor. Each of the cottages has its own verandah with sitting areas to soak in the sun or simply enjoy the spectacular views. The design provides good ventilation and the wooden-tin roof give good insulation in cold weather.

This is a cosy family cottage is equipped with a double bed, a wooden attic with two separate floor mattresses, en suite toilet with a WC and a hot shower, a small sit-out overlooking the valley.

Cancellation Policy

Less than 15 days before arrival date- No Refund
Less than 20 days before arrival date- 60% Refund
Less than 25 days before arrival date- 75% Refund
No Refund in case of road block, accidents, snow fall, no show etc.
50% of the total refundable amount (as per the above policy) will be released within 30 days of cancellation and the balance 50% will be adjusted into the future bookings.

By Train
Overnight air-conditioned train from Old Delhi railway station (departing at 2245 hr.) to Kathgodam (arriving at 0615 hr.) and then 2 hr. drive to Pangot via Nainital. Pick-up/ drop at Kathgodam RS can be arranged.
Overnight non air-conditioned train from Old Delhi railway station (departing at 2245 hr.) to Ramnagar, Corbett National Park (arriving at 0500 hr.) and then 2½ hr. drive to Pangot via Kaladungi.
