A splash of bright colour and art on this beautiful but mesmerising barren land, this palace has been restored back to its original splendour and is second to none in its sheer beauty and grandeur. It is here that Maharana Pratap was coronated as king in 1572. And it is from here that the Battle of Haldighati was fought in 1576. The Heritage Quarter offers rajput royal cuisine which is modeled on royalty’s favourite past-time – hunting. Initially created to make game meat taste good, these recipes now feature even vegetarian dishes with equal elan and In-room dining also offers selections for those who eat late or just want to sign off with another course or snack from the Gourmet menu.
