CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Fulfillment Policy

Once you place the order, you will receive an email booking confirmation of your itinerary that you can use to check-in at the property, along with a valid government issued photo ID. Occasionally the property may request additional verification at the time of check-in (ex: the credit card used to place the order). This will be mentioned in the booking confirmation.

We strive to deliver the booking confirmation via email within 1 hour. In the event of abnormal circumstances it could extend up to 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and changes to reservations made through one of our flash sales are not permitted. With respect to other services and reservations available on the PlushEscapes site, the rules and restrictions regarding your reservation, as described in the “fine print” section of the property page at the time you make the reservation, will specify whether you may be able to cancel or change your reservation. If a change to or cancelation of your reservation is permitted, you may be charged a cancellation or change fee. You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees that you incur.

To the extent any credit or refund is due, such amount will be refunded to you in the original form of payment within 30 days from the date of cancellation (i.e., either PlushEscapes credit or credited back to the payment card which we originally charged for your booking). You may not sell, auction, barter or transfer your reservation to a third party.

Because we love our members and want you to enjoy your stay at our partner properties, we handpick them with a lot of love and care. We request you to contact us if anything seems amiss. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please let us know. We will strive to provide you with the best possible solution.
