Nestled in the midst of verdant valleys and mountain clads, The Xanadu Birkenhead is a charming private villa located in the elusive hamlet of Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu. The crisp mountain air and the serene atmosphere of the place slowly ebbs away stress, making it an ideal place to slow down and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. The Xanadu Birkenhead is an intimate 2- bedroom villa located in the quiet upper part of Kodaikanal and at a convenient distance from centre of the town. The high ceiling and wooden floors add to the charm of this pretty and spacious home. The charming verandah stretching the length of the house overlooks the garden and the rolling hills. The private villa has a spacious living cum dining room, a  double bedroom and 1 Twin room. The villa is  surrounded by lush green forests and pear orchards and is such a far cry from city life.

The Double room has a king-size bed with an en-suite bath and washroom. The twin room has two single beds that can be joined on request - this room too has an en-suite bath. Lounge comfortably in the large living room where they have a flat screen smart TV with Tata Sky and Netflix connection plus wi-fi connection. Get-together around the cosy dining table for a delectable meal or enjoy a round of snacks in the verandah. The large game room with great views is our favourtie spot to indulge in some fun games - table tennis / carrom board or other board games. A game of badminton on the pillowy soft lawns, a long walk amidst lush greenery in the crisp mountain air or yoga at sunrise on the dew kissed lawn are some experiences you can indulge in. The large pear orchard at the back is the right place for a mini-trek without stepping out of the property.

Huddle around a roaring bonfire and enjoy a delicious freshly made meal. The villa is fully serviced with residential staff and a cook. The Xanadu Birkenhead is your chance to be oblivious about your mundane life for a while and live in harmony with nature.
